As a private chef, Diego offers the below set menus which can be adapted to your taste or personal preference.

Diego will buy the highest quality ingredients, cook in your home, serve the food and clean up before leaving.

Cauliflower and curry soup with lamb sweetbreads

Main course

Cod loin, clams, grilled courgettes, creamy polenta and chorizo

Pudding

Chocolate tort, strawberry and amaretto chantilly

 

 

 

Signature menu

 

Starters

Hand dived scallops, celeriac puree, apple and mustard cress

Main course

Lamb rack, jerusalem artichokes pure, braised cabbage and truffle jus

Pudding

Lemon tart, merengue, pistachio and creme fraiche

 

 

 

Christmas menu

Homemade mulled wine and selection of canapé choices to be discussed with the chef

 

Starter

Beetroot cured salmon, cucumber, and goats cheese

Main Course

Roast turkey with all the trimmings, yorkshire pudding, sage and chestnuts stuffing, cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets and gravy.

All of this serve with honey roast carrots and parsnips, roasted potatoes, brussels sprouts.
