Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability. Please book as early as possible to increase the chances of booking your desired date and time.

​

Diego will bring the ingredients, cook, serve and wash up at the end.

​

For larger services, there could be an additional chef and a waiter/waitress at an additional cost.

​

Allergens: some items on Diego’s set menus contain nuts, gluten or other allergens. Please inform the chef of any food allergies or dietary requirements, so he can customise the menu for you.

​

A deposit of 20% will be charged to secure the event. 

​

A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, will result in losing the deposit.

​

Invoices must be paid in full within the agreed 30-Day Payment Period following the date of invoice.

​

There is a minimum order of 6 people across all of our menus and 20 people on buffets and canapes.

​

Diego is covered by public liability insurance. 

​

D.B.S. check available if needed. 

​

Diego will only be allowed to use photography of the service and share feedback publicly, if the guest’s consent has been provided.
